Trauma Care at Blades & Bullets PH is a scientifically-grounded, fundamentals-driven program designed to equip civilians with the essential skills to save lives before EMS arrives. Guided by evidence-based medicine and real-world experience of emergencies, our training focuses on bleeding control, accurate assessment, mechanism-of-injury recognition, , and effective initial care under stress.

All courses are taught by surgeons and certified medical practitioners with direct, real-world experience in trauma care. Instruction is clinical, step-by-step, and hands-on - ensuring students learn what to do, what not to do, and how to prioritize interventions in the critical first minutes after injury. We emphasize calm urgency, systems thinking, and responsible action — producing confident civilian responders capable of stabilizing a patient, minimizing deterioration, and maximizing survival until advanced care becomes available.
